It is created by the famous painter, Yimin Hou. It described a history story. It happened after the war between Yan emperor and Huang emperor. The union of Kuafu group which is the ninth offspring of Yan emperor and Chiyou group was defeated by Huang emperor. One of the defeated groups went north and then turned to the east for the place which the sun rises from for survival. At last they went through the Bering Strait and got to the America in the end.
Mr Hou believes that there are a lot of similar things between Chinese ancient culture and the Indian culture. The painting reflect that history and culture.

It is not painted by brush but towel with mainly white and black color to get the effect of the integration of reality and concept.
